Proofs
Proof(s) will be emailed to you within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your order.
If you do not hear from us, please be sure to check
your junk/spam file.
Printing
Orders are sent to our print shop immediately
after proof approval. Orders are usually shipped out within 5 business days.
Shipping
Shipping in the US via USPS Priority usually
takes 2 days...sometimes 3.
How many days before you receive your order?
A good estimate would be within 7-10 days of your order.

Cancellation of order
We will offer you a full refund if your order
is cancelled before your proof is prepare.
If your proof was already prepared,
there will be a $15 charge for the proof work.
